I recall one of the earlier reports about the white guy with the blue eyes being an innocent bystander that was running away from the situation. Was this fact actually confirmed? Or did she completely make up that a white guy was near the incident?

In reading the article, apparently there was a white guy there who ran from the scene. Apparently, he didn't think hanging around an area where people are shooting is safe, and that made him look "suspicious".

Yep. But the two black males in their twenties (you know, your average violent crime perp as proven by pure statistics) who run away from the scene of the crime are absolutely not suspicious.
