A rumor is, that the mother was there to buy drugs, and took off w/o paying, thus the shooter, taking the blind shots at the vehicle.
So the "White Shooter" was a farce from the start.

If the Drug angle is correct, then yes.
There is also a rumor of the shooter believing some rival gang members were in the car with her. They were fb friends so he might know who she hung out with.
We might never get the real story. CNN/Houston News, hacktivists already burying the lead.

It is spelled Porcha on this guys friends list and it is the mother of the girl killed.

It’s spelled Porsha on Facebook- which is obviously short for LaPorsha- and there’s pics of her with Jazmine so it’s definitely her.
And the FB page Fan Eric is Eric Black Jr, the guy who was supposedly driving. Larry Woodruffe is the alleged shooter.
