So it isn't illegal to sell it, it's just illegal to buy it. Wonder if their drug laws use the same faulty logic. Stupid. In this instance it's the seller who actually initiates the transaction.

Some people might grown upon this for moral or ethical reasons but if two consenting adults make that agreement, i don’t see anything wrong with that.

I guess because one of the consents is taken under duress. Homelessness vs prostituting oneself. It’s not as simple as two parties simply decided to hook up.
Not saying that I think it should be illegal or not, just that it’s not as black and white as simply “two consenting adults”
