If this area was supposed to be covered by local Leo. Was this their excuse for no one on the roof or SS? Hell, didn’t even need to be a sniper up there, just someone to deter! This 20 year must have been on f@cking genius.

According to a former agent, the SS only had drone jammers available. As in they did not have a drone which would cover the whole area & report sitings immediately. Realtors have drones
