Step 1: Cut utilities to the house. Call and get them all shut off. Why hasn't he done this? Step 2: If step 1 doesn't remove the tenant, hire some of those Seattle crackheads that seem readily available to break in and beat the hell out of the tenant and drag his arse out the house. Change locks. Done.
Step 3, get arrested for multiple felonies.

It is illegal to do that to a delinquent renter without a court order even in Louisiana

this would go over well on reddit

30 day max to evict someone in most of Mississippi.
12 months in Seattle apparently.

Reddit hates landlords with a passion because they are all losers and blame capitalism for their personal failures

Would be interesting to know this homeowner’s voting history and party affiliation
When I was in Harborview Med Center ICU this lady in the bed next to me was bitten by a pit bull in Ranier Beach. Her and her soy boy were trying to explain it to the cops, they could not force themselves to identify the man who put the dogs on them as black.
They refused to identify the race of the man in any way. It was incredibly amusing, like some Monty Python skit.

This would be me to the renter. “Give me every cent you have in cash, and get the frick outta my house, or I pull the trigger.”

Yeah, this is the hill I would choose to die on. I would physically, violently, take my home back. Then if this cocksucker had the nerve to call the police, I would have my papers readily available to show that I owned the home. And if they physically tried to remove me from MY home after that......well, as I said, I would die right there on that hill.

Although they are virtually the same thing, I may now hate squatters more than thieves.

Commies really pivoted to landlords over the past few weeks. Its like they heard some mystical call to action.

The homeowner is a bitch. Why hasn’t he just moved into the house himself, changed all the locks, etc.? Throw dudes stuff out on the street and dare him to sue.
Posted on 10/4/23 at 10:31 am to stout
I'd make sure my insurance was paid up and sneak over and set that bitch on fire.

What's worse?
Someone living in your house not making payments AND earning money renting out YOUR basement and you sitting back an watch it
Or
Watch someone bang your wife?

It sounds like it would take years to work through the court system there and they don't really do anything anyway. It's not like the owner will go to jail. There is no bail and no enforcement of laws. So what's the big deal about doing something illegal

This country has eroded private property rights for decades. This is the end goal for leftists and progressives.

I’ve been seeing a ton of landlord shite show up in my feed recently from these idiots.
They don’t seem to realize or care how much investment or work goes into building and maintaining property, probably because they are a bunch of worthless fricks who have never had anything other than a cheap rental or mommy and daddy’s house.

There are now apparently "consultant firms" popping up in Cali and these liberal states to handle this stuff
Genius. Fight fire with fire. Listen to loud music 24/7, bang on the walls, frick with the thermostat, make life generally difficult. And as soon as the squatter leaves the house, change the locks.
