That picture is from 2018 when she was 8 years younger. This one is fairly recent.
So the takeaway here is someone who makes a living off their looks will probably have publicity photos that look better than the jail photos of someone who works in a school for a living in their early 50s. The celebrity will also probably look like they have had some work done and the person in jail will probably look like they could use a makeover
