Poors Profiting from The Rona

I have some trashy family members, they are always broke.
Wife in her 20's part time hairdresser
Husband - 30's Felon who does odd jobs painting and whatnot
4 kids
Drawing the following:
$1,500 a month in food stamps
$1,200 a FREAKING WEEK unemployment from the Government unemployment stimulus plan
$4,500 Stimulus Check
They are headed to the beach for the next 10 days, rented a car and a house.

Sounds like the poors did more to stimulate the economy than the non-poors who stuck all that money in savings.

Fact: You could give every person in the country $1M and in five years the social strata would look exactly the same. The same poor people would be poor again, the rich still rich.

So this part makes sense given the parameters for the stimulus (even though I think it's 4400 instead but whatever).

But I'm trying to figure out how they managed this if neither one had a full-time job when this went down. The felon doing "odd jobs" wouldn't have qualified I believe. And even if the hair dresser did as a part-time person, that seems off too.

Mother in her 20's, no job ever. No job skills. No education.
Father/s- non existent, MIA, prison

Only poors are upset other poors are getting this money. $1200 a week between two people isn’t a massive amount and ends in July.
