If she has a fund, or a charity she was passonite about, can you please let me know?

I know money doesn't fix problems, but would love to make a donation on her behalf.

Your aunt and her family are in our thoughts and prayers. While the cancer may have ended her life on Earth, it doesn’t sound like it changed her as a person. She maintained her positive attitude through out the ordeal.

We all have to die of something. No one reading this post will escape that fact. So we don’t really have much choice of how we die but we do have a choice of how we live. In my book, cancer lost and she won.
Eff cancer.

Sorry for your loss. Your aunt seemed like an awesome woman. I lost my mother to pancreatic/liver cancer 5 years ago. I still miss her every day, but it gets easier. Just try to live well in her honor.

RIP, lovelsu

I didn't know this lady and am genuinely sad I didn't know her before. Frick Cancer is right!!! My mom is a breast cancer survivor and my dad a prostrate and leukemia survivor...

Thank you for posting Spelt it Rong. Your family is in my prayers.

Just wanted to give an update on lovelsu (my aunt)

She finally lost her hard-fought battle with this round of pancreatic cancer. She always kept such a positive outlook and hoped for the best, even with such dismal odds of beating it a second time, giving hope to those around her. She will be missed by so many that knew her.

Please keep my uncle and his family in your prayers.

Re all the comments about "family", Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Hospital has a large bell in the hallway outside the radiation treatment area. It's called the Victory Bell & when a patient finishes his / her treatment..not cured, treatment...the medical staff gathers around it with the patient and the family. The Victory Bell is rung to celebrate that stage of treatment. The emotions expressed, by the family in particular, is both heart rendering & inspirational. What makes it so special for me that the entire medical staff involved are just as emotional. It takes a special person to perform their duties so professionally and personally, all day long.Another observation: everyone associates cancer with death. To me, sitting in the waiting room surrounded by all that cancer, the level of horrific pain caused by cancer is off the charts. Prayers, indeed.
