Meth is a horrible drug. Someone I knew growing up was arrested a few months ago and someone sent me her picture. He is a full blown meth addict. I did not recognize her. She is 39 and I am not exaggerating when I say she could pass for 60. She wasn't smiling but you could tell she lost her teeth, she had wrinkles in her face. It wrecks a person's appearance.
Its a shame that people fall down that road.

The vast majority of men who are homeless are homeless due to drug or alcohol addiction or untreated mental illness. And we are not talking about full-blown psychosis. Depression, OCD, and your basic anxiety disorders that can be treated with medication and counseling are the illnesses.
Homelessness can be easily prevented and solved. Only a small minority of men who are homeless are homeless due to their own choice of living that way.
