Guess who wanted to take names for the teacher when they were in school?

Funny...this doesn't happen in my non-HOA neighborhood.

Its not like you would write up a citation for anything but speeding, even if they were. 3 over is not a lot lf money.

Are you saying that sign is proof that an HOA is good?

In what world do you think it's ok for other people to tell you what you can and can not do own your own private property?

Are you a LEO? If not you’re just a small man with insecurities. Your type is why I love living on my 40 acre spread.

Even if he is LEO, he's still a small man with insecurities. In either case, I too enjoy my land. Only 10 acres for me as of right now though.

I don't have an HOA but I definitely would have put that sign on something more permanent than cardboard. Trashy.

(o douls as I’m about to be driving)

I have been lobbying mine for harsher enforcement. We are about to enter the season with unsanctioned lemonade stands. My kid goes through the permit process yearly yet there’s other kids taking business with no permit and spiking the drinks with what? God only knows.
I may need to step up and volunteer for patrol but I just don’t know if I can hang.

We’ve been debriefed about this as of 3/1/18. Enforcement goes into effect 4/1/18. Anyone operating an unlicensed lemonade stand is subject to a $1,000 fine, court cost, and up 180 days in jail.

I’m gonna be honest here. Sort of conflicted about how to deal with this issue. On one hand I understand that the sale of elicit lemonade poses a serious health risk to the public. On the other hand I don’t want to come off have a shift feeling like communist for shutting down free enterprise.

But this is our calling, and we have a job to do. The CDC reported that there were over 600 deaths last year alone from tainted or laced lemonade. It’s one of those problems we have to nip in the bud before it’s too late.

It’s patrolled by the sheriff’s dept, in conjunction with a number of armed residents who have been trained and approved to make arrests/confiscations.

So your commissioned by the sheriff's office? You have an actual card that has your picture and says your a commissioned deputy? Because if your patrolling a PUBLIC road that's not private property your impersonating a police officer. You have to be trolling on this thread because no way in hell this is true. No way. I don't believe it for one instance. Lol I doubt anyone here will believe you until you provide some sort of proof. Until then your a short dicked troll trying to have a power trip. I'd love one of your armed neighbors try to pull me over and then seize anything from me. Or even write a bull shite citation. I would "lol" literally..

Right

I live in a pretty nice neighborhood with no HOA

The only thing I don't like is some of the street parking. But if a family has 3 cars and a driveway that only holds 2 not much they can do about it
