I found the show on Hulu and it comes on at 5:00pm CST on TLC. Not CBS.

I was a freshman practicing against #58 Lionel Turner who as we know eventually went on to play and start for LSU at linebacker.... I lived with grass and dirt stuck in my facemask basically.

1. No
2. Every vehicle involved in the crash will have a separate vehicle page where the configuration and other general info about the car is noted. So say vehicle 1 is a Ford fiesta.
A for passenger car, x for no trailer or cargo, 4 doors 2 axles 4 tires.
3. Sure?
THIS. But I still think more context is needed. Because if we knew the end result your trying to accomplish we can answer the questions accordingly. Those of us who know a bit about the LA Crash report system. But I can tell you that most if not all Officers fill out crash reports on a computer system these days. Very rarely will you still do a hand written crash report. Due to drawing out how the crash happened and narratives in it. Computers make it easier.
re: Midland (TX) Police Officer killed by man who thought his home was being burglarized

Did they break down the door?
EXACTLY!! No body is asking the question about the door the police entered through! Was it wide open and reasonable to believe someone else made entry? Was it shut but unlocked? Or was it shut and locked!? The status of the door is what this ALL stems on!! But we don't know, we don't have the facts of exactly how police made entry!!
re: Midland (TX) Police Officer killed by man who thought his home was being burglarized

What people aren't understanding is there are legal loop holes that do allow police to enter a home with out a warrant. It sort of works off the premise of suspicion of a crime in progress and probable cause. Probable cause for a police officer is only 50% certainty that someone is committing a crime. And if probable cause is met then you can be arrested for whatever crime your being suspected of. BUT the extenuating circumstance in this incident which we don't know because we don't have the whole story is HOW exactly did the police make entry to the home? Is the question that should be asked. Because let's say they arrive at the house and the front door is wide open. Then it doesn't matter who called the police. It's reasonable to believe that a burglary is in progress. Or let's say they arrive and the door is shut but not locked. Then your treading deep water in shitty creek cause it would then rely on the police making entry through a shut door AND making their presence known. Which would or could allow the homeowner to get away with this with no charges. And finally let's say they arrived and the door was shut and locked and they made entry through a locked door then the homeowner is absolutely justified in his actions. So those are the questions we must ask and don't have the info on just yet. I prefer to wait till more information comes out before I make any judgment on who was right and who is wrong.

Eh Idk about Glock jamming... or the fact a SAS Officer can't unjam it when it very rarely happens. You can Christmas tree a Glock which I've done before but most jams can be simply fixed with a tap, rack, bang. Not saying the story isn't true. And confined space he may have just thought the claw hammer was more efficient. But to say the pistol was inoperable due to jam Idk about...

I have a catahoula. Love the dog. He's very hyper. Lots of energy. But he's basically a 90lb. Lap dog and extremely protective! But overall one of the best breeds of dog I've ever owned.

Every light in the house is on.
The backyard's bright as the crack of dawn.
The front walk looks like runway lights.
It's kinda like noon in the dead of night.
Every light in the house is on.
Just in case you ever do get tired of being gone.

Could go to trial nd have it wrapped up in appeals until he dies
This whole "appeals" thing is nonsense. In order to appeal a court case that means it has to be ruled upon by a judge/jury. So that means he would have to be convicted of some thing, murder 2 or manslaughter. THEN he would be able to appeal that ruling. But sentencing would still proceed as normal and he would still end up in jail for however long while the appeals process played out. So regardless the guys going to jail and is probably going to die in prison. Regardless if he pleads to manslaughter, he still will be in there to the point of his death.

BRPD's policy is wrote so grey that they can find you guilty of breaking it so very easily. Nothing in black and white.

I’m not a lawyer, but how can Sterling’s family win if Sterling tried to fight the cops and pull a gun while on every drug imaginable? There’s no wrongful death there
I wish there was a better answer than "just because" the justice system is frickED and just how it's going to be. Us rational people think no harm no foul he shouldn't be held liable. But the justice system doesn't think the same.
re: BRPD Officer Blane Salamoni Expects to be Fired

What sucks is yes he may win a civil suit against the city for wrongful termination. But on the horizon is the civil suit against him from the Sterling family. I think it's garbage and he did nothing wrong to warrant being sued in civil court but the obligations to meet are less and unfortunately he has a bad chance on losing that battle. It sounds like he may rob Peter to pay Paul in this instance which is insanity.

Serious question, are you allowed to work another job while you are on government administrative leave?
No you are not allowed to work extra duty or anything related to security services while on leave. Let's say you run a grass cutting operation or anything other than security you can do that but no "extra duty" as related to your primary means of income. So while on leave your being paid your base salary (which is shite) probably around 32,000 a year with zero overtime, extra duty, etc..
