We recently lobbied the city council to lower the posted speed limit from 25mph to 20mph. Enforcement began today. Should have seen the looks on some of the a-hole’s faces I stopped to issue warnings this afternoon.

Don’t wanna read the monthly minutes? Wanna get caught off guard and pretend like you didn’t have a clue? Like you said, be prepared.

Don't you live in CCC? What city? I thought that was unincorporated.

I'd rather live next door to him than some jackass who bitches about my parking my boat in the driveway.

If you have a boat, have some class and store it properly

I'll be damned if I'll live somewhere like this. I'll put up with neighbors with shite in their yards first, although I'm usually the one telling others to mind their business.

Because you are too poor to live in a decent neighborhood, but want to pretend you aren't.

No. Legally, he is not right (assuming his land is attached to the POA).

Don’t like living within reasonable rules to keep house values up? Move.

All depends on who makes it up. If it's comprised of nothing but old people and housewives with nothing to do
except complain about everything their neighbors are doing it can be miserable.

Try doing 22 or 23mph through this neighborhood and it won’t matter. You’ll be forfeiting hundreds of dollars in traffic citations. Maybe even closer to a thousand if I pull you over. I’ll light you up for everything last thing I can think of.

Are you a LEO? If not you’re just a small man with insecurities. Your type is why I love living on my 40 acre spread.
