re: 120th United States Open Championship - Leader: JT (-5) - reggo75
that 65 today by JT will likely be the lowest round of the tournament from anyone.
That 65 today was the lowest round ever in a US Open at Winged Foot! He made it seem easy but it was exceptional!...

re: Should Tiger hang it up... - reggo75
6 bogeys and a double was rough but he did make 5 birdies which should be near the top of the field today. He needs to eliminate the little mistakes he made... missed several fairways by just a yard or so and ended up with some terrible lies....

re: Sky Diver has Seizure - Instructor reacts - reggo75
I know he probably had an AAD
From your quote, I would guess he was a seasoned skydiver and not a student. So he may or may not have had an AAD. I did not have one on my rig when I was jumping regularly. (I wanted one but couldn't afford it) ETA: I didn't see that he had an ...

re: Cow Elk Meat Hunt - Recommendation - reggo75
I have done a DIY bowhunt in the San Juan National Forest around Mancos, CO and also did a rifle hunt in the Routt National Forest around Yampa, CO. Both areas had OTC tags and both hunts were successful....

re: Contact lenses for astigmatism - reggo75
I was wearing Acuvue Advanced for Astigmatism and they discontinued that line. I switched to the Oasys line but they did not agree with my eyes. Have been wearing Biofinity Toric for about 4-5 years now. Good results. I actually went with a regular Biofinity this last time in my left eye bec...

Rat in my Shop - reggo75
I saw a rat a couple of weeks ago in my shop. I bought an old school Victor Rat trap but I think the smaller field mice that I get in there are probably tripping it without getting caught because the trap is so big. Sometimes the cheese is gone without tripping and sometimes it's just tripped wi...

re: Lake Charles Country Club? - reggo75
Is 8 the layup with a 7 iron or get frisky with 3wood/driver? If so, I agree lol. F that tree
Yes.. LOL If you can hit a high fade with the driver you can go around/over it. I usually try it in scrambles but rarely go for it on my own ball....

re: Made Appt to get Fit - FINALLY - reggo75
Dang you guys are making me rethink my decision. I always thought Club Champion was one of the best places to go in Houston. With as inconsistently as I have hit my driver over the past few years I am still an 8 handicap so my swing isn't terrible and it is reasonably repeatable in my opinion....

Made Appt to get Fit - FINALLY - reggo75
I made an appointment for Sept 19 at Club Champion in Houston with Tyler Green for a driver fitting. :nana: I have been struggling with consistency the last few years and I have never been fit for any of my clubs. I'm hopeful that I can gain some consistency off the box but a little nervous th...

re: what size generator? - reggo75
I have a 6500w that will run all of my lights and receptacles including the Fridge, Freezer, and upstairs window AC. We usually have a few box fans and all the ceiling fans going to help with air circulation. I typically turn off my water heater, microwave, and AC unit breakers and have no issue...

re: Saddle hunting - reggo75
So you're on a single line and handling razor-tipped arrows?
Umm... yeah... But I mostly try to let the deer handle the razor tipped arrows. In all seriousness, I really don't think I could cut through 9mm Sterling HTP with 3 or 4 hits from a broadhead. It would take an effort...

re: Saddle hunting - reggo75
One suggestion from your gear list. You don't "need" the ropemans. You can use a distel hitch and a rope tender for about $5 per rope. I like the Sterling 6mm TRC Cord and the Kong Mini figure 8. For those not familiar with saddle hunting, one advantage that I like is that I stay tied off from...

I am in this same situation right now. From most of the research I am doing I will probably end up having to buy a complete upper/lower or stripped parts and build one. PSA seems to have some stock of parts and pieces....

re: No patrons at the Masters - reggo75
Damn guess that’s a no for next year already too
Yeah... my thoughts exactly. If they are giving the 2020 ticket holders rights for 2021 there will be very few winners in the 2021 lottery. Ill just add to the long line of rejections... 13 or 14 years in a row....
