I didn't know Glen Oaks started a HOAs. As soon as they ban Easter egg color houses they'll catch a lot of flack

Obscenity is still a crime on the books in most of the south.

So we don't have to see trashy signs like that near our home.

The spelling is a lot more solid than you might expect.

And that’s when I would show up.

That shitty little sign is probably breaking all sort of codes/covenants.

You think a shitty little sign with some aggressive language is gonna stop me and the HOA from slapping fine after injunction on your arse? lol nerd

These guys usually fold quick. Seen it 1,000 times.

I’d make his house payment for a few months if he’d promise to leave

I like to think theres three types of neighborhoods:

1)Trashy neighborhoods like above

2)Good neighborhoods where this doesnt happen

3)HOA's where this doesnt happen, but you have to pay someone to tell you what you can and cant do with your property.

Hell yeah, brother.

Mess with the covenants, be prepared to pay the ultimate price.

We recently lobbied the city council to lower the posted speed limit from 25mph to 20mph. Enforcement began today. Should have seen the looks on some of the a-hole’s faces I stopped to issue warnings this afternoon.

Don’t wanna read the monthly minutes? Wanna get caught off guard and pretend like you didn’t have a clue? Like you said, be prepared.

It’s patrolled by the sheriff’s dept, in conjunction with a number of armed residents who have been trained and approved to make arrests/confiscations.

I live in a condo with a solid HOA. It’s a fairly expensive place (and area) that is gated and has limited (fob) access so there aren’t really any trashballs. That said, I like that we have a HOA that checks people when they do careless stuff. In my eyes, the job of the HOA and property management is to keep the value of the property high - maintain and improve.
