Never been a big CFA fan but they redid one of ours and it's crap. They always have their trade mark line wrapped around the world but it doesnt move quick at all... they have an army of red shirts and half of them don't do shite.
took my son there cause he likes it and the playground. placed an order inside after waiting in line for about 10 minutes took about 15-20 minutes for the food to come out.... after playing he wanted an ice cream cone..line was even longer...
somewhere in that 15 minute wait which saw multiple people behind me give up and leave some girl with an Ipad came and took my order..I think awesome! I won't have to wait in this crazy line...
just an ice cream cone!
a few button presses... ok great...pay when you get up there and walked off. get to the front of the line...what did you have???

what the frick was the point of all that?
On top of that a dude they have assigned to randomly tinker with decor on tables in the dining room reeks of BO... honestly frick that place. told me son no the last 2 times he wanted to go there

The mobile lane is a dumb idea. The first time I went to the CFA in Elmwood after the mobile lane was installed it was a disaster. I had no idea I had to get in a special lane so when I pulled up to the girl working the drive through I told her I had a mobile order. She said that I needed to get in the mobile order lane and scan the QR code. I said “the what?” She refused to do anything to help me so I had to wait in the regular lane since I was trapped. Helping me was not her pleasure.

Went to Wendy’s this weekend. Wife ordered spicy chicken sandwich. Got to the window and the lady literally said pull forward for the spicy. Told my wife we were getting the Popeyes experience.

It was only a matter of time before a lack of competent workforce caught up to them. It used to just be a few locations with that issue, now it's almost all of them.

I felt the same about Lafayette's OG Chik Fil A on Ambassador near the intersection with Robley. I used to go at least twice a week.
The newer ones are ridiculously busy and get stuff wrong all the time.

I'm that guy, too. Depending on the drive-thru line, it can sometimes be the quicker option.
And in my experience, it seems like orders rarely get screwed up when ordering inside.

Probably have too many CFAs in some areas, which leads to not having all quality employees.
