Now CFA is going to crap

Ordered a spicy chicken biscuit. When I got to pickup area they told me to pull up for the spicy 
They did apologize and offer me an extra free side. And was pulled up for less than 5 min

Our local CFA sucks. They are slow. They constantly forget things in our order. And there new mobile order line is retarded.
Instead of the parking spots where you could just leave as soon as you got your order, they make you stay in a single lane with no exit, so they will bring you your food, but then you have to sit in line while all the people in front of you wait for their food.

Also had a bad experience Saturday. Ordered two spicy sandwiches. Got one spicy and one original. Didn’t realize til I got home.

I've been to tons of CFA's across the southeast. The fastest and most consistent one by far is the one on Millerville in BR

That has happened to me one time. I was pissed, but it's never happened again.
I have noticed that CFA drive through has gotten a LOT slower though, and seemingly less efficient. I don't know if it is because they take orders manually now (long before you get to the ordering menu spot) or what. But we hit it maybe once a month for dinner, and I've noticed now that it takes 10-15 minutes every time at a minimum.

I've wondered if this is the reason as well, and I am sure it is part of it.
But I've noticed they walk down the line handing out food to cars prior to them getting to the window. So every now and then like 5-6 cars will go through, which is nice. But then you sit there for 8-10 minutes without moving. It's really weird.

Popeyes near my 85yo mom's house has been out of slaw for a month.

The one on Airline in Gonzales flat out refused to give me a cup holder because I “only” had 2 drinks

I order my chicken sandwich without a bun, so I can use my GF bread when I get home. Twice, somehow, I have gotten home to find that the container with my sandwich components contained no chicken, only lettuce, tomato, and bacon. Seems that the chicken is an important component to leave out.

False: your local CFA isn’t good. That does not apply to CFA across the board.

CFA is OK but I hate all drive-thru fast food joints.
