When I was in 4th grade, my 6th grade brother, Don, whipped a kid his age''s butt after he had kneed me in the nuts for no reason. The kneeing occurred at recess. Don caught him at the bike rack after school. I think the kid's name was Billy Pearson.

If the kid has any type of IEP (including just adhd) nothing will happen to him. They will rule it as impulsivity due to his “disability”
