Baptiste should THANK the other parent for disciplining her child. Evidently Batiste is a HORRIBLE parent who's raised a 9 year old punk that picks on 5 year olds. She should have given that 9 year old a second beating to finish his punishment.

Nah....all those kids on the bus saw a psycho-lady ready to hand out an arse-whipping and they wanted to be sure they weren't mistakenly caught on the receiving end

When my boy was in 1st grade, an older boy who was not in the correct grade (go figure...) was punching my son on a daily basis. We went thru the whole system route of getting the bus video submitted/reported. Changed the bad kid's seat to behind the bus driver, more video submission, & meeting at the school with Principal + Bus Driver (who was doing all he could).
The boy couldn't be suspended or expelled because he already reached max suspensions pee the parish regulations & he couldn't be expelled because his "parents" could not get him to/from another school our of district.
Finally I followed the bus to his house with my son who got off with a soon to be black eye after he got off. We waited til his "parents" got home & had a face to face. That was an even bigger waste of time.
Moral of the story: bullies are sometimes going to win.

Oh I’m sure the 9 year old is pleasure to teach in the classroom and has never caused problems bedstead.
I had to do some work at a bunch of NOLA public schools over 20 years ago and the shite that goes down is unbelievable. I can only imagine how bad it is today.
