Not if you're a minor.

Capital murder at 17 means he is charged as an adult.
But there is no way he gets his well deserved death needle in the town with the SPLC headquarters right down the street.

There were at least 75 homicides in 2021, the outlet reported, with interim police Chief Ramona Harris calling it 'one of the highest number’s we’ve seen in Montgomery.'

Those are rookie numbers.

They were unheard of under Emory Folmar and even his successors. But everyone knew this was coming when Steven Reed took over. It's why Montgomery is emptying out, and why there's such explosive growth in neighboring Autauga and Elmore counties.

Insane that the 17 year old would throw his own life away just to take another random person's life. Senseless. Absolutely tragic all the way around.

It’s insane that the 17 year old had zero value for another’s life and also didn’t care that the victim’s wife and child were there while he murdered her husband and the 2 year old’s father. This situation is only tragic in one direction (no pun intended).

Odd way of saying the couple had a two year old son.

Very sad story.

Our legal system no longer protects the lives and values of good people who play by the rules.

Ergo, the times is coming when good people need to stop playing by the rules.

This is absolutely terrible.
Tommy was a good dude.
His goal in life was to spread the Gospel, and it blows my mind that someone killed him during that process.

You think the NFL players will take a knee for him?

This isn't about that 17 year old. Its part of a larger culture that promotes this behavior. There are millions more just like that 17 year old.

That’s terrible and the suspect deserves to never be allowed back into society again.

Out of curiosity I’m curious what made them select Montgomery, Alabama of all places in that state after moving
