If your good for $18-$20/hr, it can work. Learn as much as you can quickly, as you will have access to a journeyman. Learn your socket sizes and tools. I had experience in the trade before them and got my NCCER 9 months after employment, but never used it, as I am now in LV/telecom projects. They are a decent stepping stone.
Hoo-ree chit. 10 year minimum for all involved, including the Johns.

I was employed by them 10 years ago. Its a good outfit, depending on the customer's site. Do you have any certifications?
Get them jerseys made and let them wear full gear on the sidelines.
