Just heard a New York City detective on Fox reveal that he left three live rounds and three casings. That just doesn’t sound very professional to me.

I am going to New York next month. I could be next

A pro would have done it with a suppressed sniper rifle from a window or rooftop a block or two away. Any reverb from the shot would make it hard for bystanders to pinpoint his location and would have given him plenty of time to vacate the area undetected.
And Mr FBI guy, I’m obviously not involved.
This is going to end up being someone whose wife/kid died or whatever bc they were denied some treatment or wife/side chick hit.

You're more at risk for getting a homeless man to throw poo at you than a hit.

Lol, according to this picture he left multiple casings, including a live round
Yeah, so his gun jammed and he at least had enough sense to clear the round. Not a great idea to leave all that shite behind.

Definitely not a pro imo.
Let's say the pro didn't decide to snipe him for whatever reason, he would have just walked right behind him, shot him in the back of the head, and kept walking.
A pro wouldn't go to fricking starbucks before.
Let's see if the "pro" even threw the bike into a lagoon or if he left DNA all over it.

Guy is not some pro assassin, but he's not some untrained idiot either. He obviously practiced with his setup. And no, he was not "catching his brass" like everyone wants to think
The can didn't have a booster, hence the FTFs, so it was likely some homemade setup with an oil filter off Temu or Aliexpress. He clearly anticipated the misfires though, because he immediately started racking with no hesitation or the trademark panic that you see with most people. He was pretty cold with it and knew how things were gonna go down

If he gave a frick about brass, he would've wrapped a catch bag around the gun and tied it off at his wrist

1st shot hit the guy in the leg. Not a pro

If he left 3 live rounds he could have dropped them out of his pocket.

Likely won’t be any prints on the brass. No problem there.

If you conveniently ignore the 5 to 13 second window in the video, where you see him repeatedly rack the slide, dropping live rounds.

He definitely earned the respect of many
Looking forward to the Netflix doc with various theories of how he got away

I’m thinking Ruger Mark IV with a Chinese solvent trap.

a pro would have made 1 "kill shot", at point blank to the back of the guy's head, not 3-4 random shots in the back.
Yup

I’ve got one of those and I didn’t know they came in 9mm.
