You could apply any groupthink to the theme of the show but the last episode definitely seemed to me to trend toward religion with the girl in Peru taking what could be interpreted as a Eucharist and Zosia/the Hive's insistence on converting Carol.

I don't understand why LeBron hasn't announced his retirement. Fanbase will be very frustrated with a retirement tour NEXT season, tanking another year of Prime Luka.

The Lakers cannot win at a serious rate with LeBron walking around on defense.

This will be it for Lebron as a Laker unless he's willing to take a vet minimum next year. He's an unrestricted free agent after this season.

But yeah, him opting in for this year and giving the team a $53 million cap hit really helped to build a winning roster.
I think part of the point is that neither one of them were model parents so it's not like he was a guy who had his shite together to begin with.

The house was a disaster even before Roy started shoveling dirt through the windows and the kids were not exactly well behaved.

The Nuggets got lucky picking a fat guy from Serbia in the second round and the Broncos got a lot of help from Teedy.
I think the jury is still out on how good of a coach Daigs is. He gave away a couple of games in the last playoffs with head scratching decisions down the stretch.

What he's saying makes sense but not with the NCAA providing oversight.

The most logical scenario is a consolidation of power 4 conferences plus ND.
Get rid of the conferences and set up a league with regional divisions.

Sure that will create a serious division among haves and have not but that's the price of doing business.

No way man... This economy is worse than Biden!!! REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!! OMB!!!!

It's the same economy fueled by AI spending. Doesn't have much to do with either administration.
Sorsby is the classic example of the guy who can look like an NFL franchise QB one minute and a college backup the next.

He's got really live arm and lightning fast release but if you watched that game against Utah last he didn't look worth 20 bucks much less $4 million. Somebody's gonna pay him though if he doesn't wind up in the draft.
Schumann could still be the guy. The guy has gotten rave reviews over the years from folks that have worked with him and going the DC route has obviously worked out well for UGA and Oregon.
It's not like 40+ year olds doing that shite is rare anymore but they still look weird in full pads. Not quite George Blanda but getting there.

Rivers' looks like a middle aged sales rep who's been living high on the hog maxing out expense accounts for the last 25 years smushed into a football helmet.
Maybe it's time for college football to start acting like the mature business it is and pay for costs out of revenue.

I'd like to see financial reforms at universities in general but if a high-ranking school employee is going to publicly beg for funds, that money should probably go to students who actually want an education.
Swapping out Pickens for Metcalf continues to look like a brilliant move by the Steelers front office.
I'm confident that Notre Dame got better as the season went on, which is more than I could say for the Aggies and Canes.

Not nearly as bad as retards need to stop calling everything they don’t like DEI.

It's the definition of DEI.

Diversity: Give more conferences a spot.

Equity: Level the playing field for programs with lesser budgets.

Inclusion: No matter who you are, your school has a chance to playoff too.
One of these QBs was destined to frick up when it counted and Reed got the honor.
Gonna be a lotta sore dicks tonight after constantly getting stepped on.
Ryan Williams probably needs to think about switching to corner. He's got a db's hands.

I’m watching the refs blow the play dead. I don’t know how they ruled it a recovery after that when the rams clearly quit playing.

Heck everyone quit and the guy just picked up the ball for the ref

As long as there is a clear recovery, the play continues after the whistle.

It's the Ed Hochuli rule from when Hochuli screwed the Chargers when he blew the whistle after a clear fumble by Cutler.

Here's the video of that. The NFL doesn't allow Youtube embeds for some reason. At 2:22 Hochuli admits that he fricked up. The rule changed after that.

Major choke by the Rams.

I’m a little surprised that there are only 3 soccer teams on there. Is it because there are so many soccer teams and professional leagues around the world that, while tiered in levels, are essentially comporting?

It tells you something about the US economy vs Europe and how much our economy has grown over the past 15 years compared to theirs.
