My asshat neighbor decides to mow his grass early today. I know the OT loves a debate on appropriate grass cutting time, so please discuss whether I’m appropriately perturbed and how I can enact subtle retaliation.

Agree. He should be more considerate and wait a couple hours. I would be aggravated too. Getting even is the correct action. I suggest scooping up dog crap and slinging it into his patio area. Do this about once every 10 days and it will really baffle him.
