In 2012 the IRS stated $500B in taxes were evaded due to unreported wages. The income tax receipts in 2012 were $1.7T. That is 29.4% of income tax receipts that were evaded.
Ok, the IRS pulled that figure out of their arse, same as literally every other useless, criminally inept government agency trying to deceive the public as to the importance of their department.

It's as much a fact as the rest of the diatribe in the OP, if we're taking it at face-value that any of it is true.

after reading that she seems crazy

Well the missing money, if we are to believe anything, is an issue. I must have missed where I said something about the missing money, please point it out to me in my post.

OP- is the woman who made that status named Susan or Betty?

Wonder what slant the national news networks would take on this story?

Whether she was brought in on a legitimate warrant is irrelevant to the direction this thread took on the very first page- the imprisonment has nothing to do with what we are talking about, which is the theft of her money.

Monroe PD can't catch a break. Fricking up the Cam/Hootie arrest and then this.

It never hurts to check if you have a warrant every so often. I had a forgotten ticket back from 2010 for an inspection sticker. Didn't find out about it until I tried to get my license renewed and they couldn't. Apparently I'd been driving with a suspended license for a couple of years.

No.
Her and her husband run the USTA at Forsythe. Her husband is the pro and she coaches HS as well as independent instructions.
To Slackster accusing her of money laundering, I can say with a fair amount of certainty that this is not the case.

Didn't really mean to directly accuse her of anything, just speaking in generics about people who carry large sums of cash. Sorry this happened to your acquaintance.

I was arrested earlier this year, initially I was approached by a cop for having an open container and he told me to follow me to his car to look me up. I thought he just wanted to confirm my ID was legit and then he'd let me be on my way minus a delicious brewskie- turns out I had a warrant for a parking ticket from 2010 and he told me I was going to jail. I had about $120 pilfered from me by this EBRSO officer- he told me it would be returned with all my other belongings, but my wallet was totally devoid of cash when it was returned to me and the useless lump responsible for returning arrestee's possesions told me the registry had no indication of cash, or shoes for that matter- so I was sent on my way minus bail, $120, and a pair of shoes the next morning after being scooped up by the brave footsoldier of freedom. I can totally believe this woman's story- not that I necessarily do, just that it is firmly within the realm of possibility.

I call BS on this story.
Once an inmate is in a cell, there us no need for restraints. Why would you ever handcuff a person to a toilet.

Is tennis instructor a euphemism for high end hooker or personal drug mule?
