I have 4 and pay nothing. Your son can be added. Send him the invite code and turn on his location services. He had a good thing going!!!

Awful. I hope they find the perp(s) quickly.

The “father to be” who works offshore is the “father to be” of the 17 year olds baby? Am I reading that right? How old is he?

That's what I gathered too. Maybe the mom had an ex?

The girl was 7-8 months pregnant. Just awful. And there was an 18-month old unharmed in the house as well. Poor baby.

How is the Mobile sheriff's office? Are they capable of solving this or are they inept?
wilmer is north west of the city of Mobile, on hwy 98 close to the Mississippi state line near Lucedale, MS. So could quickly involve multiple agencies and one wonders if feds get involved if they believe crossed state lines and nature of the crime. But in general south Alabama law enforcement is pretty well funded and competent and cooperative well across local agencies. Hoping they have a lead.

According to the Father, there's were "Sons" so there's at least one more family member unaccounted for.
And I remember the good old days when all members of a family shared the same last name.
Three different last names, one household, indicates some other directions to look for family problems.

This whole story is confusing... 3 different last names...Who was the mother of the 18 month old?? The 46 year old or 17 year old??... Is the off shore guy the grandpa or dad?? Either way someone pissed someone else Mighty fierce!

Good theory but this one seemed personal. Cartel would’ve just shot them all and burned the house down if they were hired to kill them and didn’t know them. The boy being nearly decapitated is what makes me think that.

I thought they were referring to the 18-month old baby as the mother’s son (as well as the 12 year old) and brother to the 17 year old girl

Most assuredly not random and definitely involved drugs would be my guess.

Not sure the system they use, but they have necklaces that look normal but have a button you can push to notify who you choose that you are in danger.

Believe these track your location as well.

Anyone familiar with Life360? How could a "cellphone be activated" on it? What does that mean?

When you are on Life 360 it shows you the status of the cell phones of the people you track: whether the phone was on, what the charging status is, etc.

I took that to mean he was calling her with no answer, but he could see that her phone was on and charged.

familiar with Life360

It's for anxious moms, and dads who haven't seen their nuts in a decade. It also teaches kids to communicate with their parents less, since they assume their parent knows their location down to the square meter.

Isn’t he the guy offshore who alerted the authorities?

Yeah, the guy who works offshore (and was reportedly offshore at the time) and got the 360 alert is the father-to-be of the 17 year old girl's baby. The way it reads is that he alerted other family members to check in on them and they found the scene.

The mother looks to potentially have multiple exes, being that no one in the family had the same last name.
