Mississippi license plates

Does MS have some incentive for or very inexpensive add on fees for personalized tags? Ive see so many. Doubt any other state has more at this point.

Florida absolutely has a ton of specialty license plates, so it wouldn't shock me if we have the most.

When the black ones first came out they were only offered for personalized so I think a lot of people got them then they were so popular they made them avail use regular too

This question has been asked many times. The main reason is that the previous design was absolutely wretched and ugly so alot of people decided to do personalized to get a different design/color. The new design is much better so who knows if people will start dropping the personalized ones

I noticed that as well on the way to Orange Beach. Remember seeing like 5 on I-10 and said to the wife, they must be cheap in Mississippi.

It’s only $25-30 more or so per year in Louisiana. I guess that’s cost prohibitive to some.

Nevada has a ton, and it is because it is cheap.
