You have to find the middle ground. Personally, I think taking a shite load of pharmaceuticals is bad for anyone. There is a lot of good to come from natural remedies. You just have to figure out what's good and what is bullshite. 10 years ago I made fun of anti-vaxxers. Now I'm one of them. You have to figure out what's good for you. OP is acting like he must take facebook advice. You can do whatever you choose to do.

Then it comes to cancer autoimmune disorders and everything else that we are now absolutely positive is a result of diet.
Now we no most all of the dyes are poison and causing or drastically increasing the risk of cancer Alzheimer’s and other diseases.
The biggest issue imo is the frickING FOOD!
Example I have some good friends who were diagnosed with cancerare learning they are allergic to bread, but it’s not the bread it’s the gluten. Bit all gluten is not bad, it’s the bad gluten wtf is that! So I can eat bread now if I make it but no I have to make bread with this flour this has good gluten, but no not that flour that’s the bad gluten. It’s all fricked. Gluten, dyes preservatives micro plastics all of it!!! Get it the frick out of our food!!! frick!
They need to begin attacking these foods for sale and redo it all and standards. Everything need to be documented and listed by what a govt agency or sme doctors has label as cancer causing or harmful.
It need to all be redone all of it. New standards new information all of it.
Then let ppl decide. Buy bread that is healthy and goes bad in 3 days or nah. Choice is yours

I'm not sure where you got your medical degree, but a lot of medicine is best guessing. They have a laptop that they type in what YOU TELL them is bothering you. It spits out some suggestions
They run some tests, then type that into your profile. More suggestions
Then they change you meds 5 times, because their 'expert' opinion created known side effects, and now you need to address something they are responsible for causing. And they bill you for that
