Seriously... all I want is a fricking ice cream cone
Certainly one of you know it all geniuses knows the answer why this seems to consistently be a problem.
I think these low paid individuals do it onprioose like an inside joke.

I watched a video that explained it all
Its literally a federal racketeering case
Only one company makes those machines for McDs and only a certified technician is allowed to service the machines.
So they made them almost impossible to use or fix on your own and franchisees have to pay hundreds of dollars per trip for a certified person that knows the right code to fix the machine.
I am serious.

The truth is that its intentionally made so anyone would easily overfill the top of it with milk
And it throws an error code that no one would ever know exists and certainly no one that works at McDonalds would be able to figure out
And literally filling it up below the fill line solves the biggest error of the machine but no one knows that and it costs 400 bucks to have someone clear our the error code
