If that's my kid I would've tore his arse up and his the phone would be gone. But he's my kid. You lay hands on my kids for any reason, the cops will be the least of your worries for the rest of my life.

I'm shocked at how passive some people are here.
If a dead snake is OK, is it then OK for someone to throw a live snake in your wife's vehicle? Was he supposed to go check on the type, condition, and size of the snake before he decided to protect his wife?
If your instinctive response is to let it go or yell, you really have no desire to protect your family. None of us are John Wayne here but you don't have to be in order to protect your family.

Man y'all crazy. Jail sucks. I'm not going to jail. Laying on the concrete waiting for a bunk to open up. To have the roll call jerk read out "assault and battery of a juvenile" loud as frick so everyone thinks I beat up kids, before shift change.

The kid's dad needs to get the hell beaten out of him and then be removed from society. If that sounds harsh, it's supposed to. He is a worthless piece of shite. His nonchalant attitude about his little angel's behavior is a MASSIVE problem in this country right now.
I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the dad put the kid up to this in hopes of being able to sue someone who reacted like this.
