And to the spooks ,spies, and surrogates on here...go through the mods and the info is yours if you want it.

Lucky for us , her wish that Kirk's shooter could help the next Trump shooter zero his rifle won't come true.
Got 2 responses from Instagram..

One elected official and one media figure with 2+ million followers.

Elected official staffer calling me in 20.

This was the message I cold-sent to 50+ people on their social media platforms ->

For you and your team..is it a danger or issue if a Secret Service Agent, who has done dignitary detail for a Presidential Candidate and former 1st lady, has a wife who is compromised with violent posts, anti Kirk and anti Trump facebook posts ?
I am sure, from when he knew him, this would not fly. Good dude when we knew him.

I have no clue about him now...posts , emails, and her texts should be in reviewed by an outside source.
Who do I elevate this to immediately, as in today?

Do you all have any recommendations other than email FBI or Secret Service ? More of a direct person to call?

Spiraling posts about violence, revolution and other items grossly inappropriate for anyone..let alone a spouse living inside the home of an active Secret Service Agent.

Names , address, social media all available to share with the contact.

Our daugher is 11 & they were pretty close cousins.

We decided to have to have a proactive & straight-forward talk with her tonight.

Sexting is not ok and not something we approve of. If her, or her friends, ever make a mistake and get threats she can come to us ...with ending the threat/scare being our #1 goal.

We will explain kids send nude pictures and this is a realistic consequence.
This one had an additional layer crafted to target boys.

The scammer stayed they were trans and her cousin was now gay...typical scam process with additional motivation to make him send the money.

Sad news, my wife lost a young cousin yesterday to suicide. Root cause seems to be sextortion and shame.

13 year old kid, well adjusted, very quickly got mixed up in the scam.

Unfortunately we have to have these conversations but it is an emerging risk for teens and pre-teens. The opportunity we have centers around knowing it exists and how to have the talk.

His developing brain said he would rather be dead than very embarrassed or in "trouble".

I work for a major insurance carrier...search for loss control/risk engineering for the top 5 carriers & brokers.

Great jobs, 120K+ , easy work ..everyone is hiring.
His stupid take matches his thread title ..."still invested" ...everyone I know who has done well & is playing with house money never once used the word investment.

It has always been a gamble and a chance to throw discretionary money at a wild situation.

Do I regret the cash I threw at it? Nope, laughed all the way to the bank and still hold 53K of Ceek, VTHO, and VET in pure house money.

I drive a ton and listen to sports talk radio and this always comes up.

It seems to always be drop Babe Ruth in today's line-up using a time machine and Trout in their line up.

There is never a conversation around Trout being born in 1930 with his exact genetics and Ruth born in 1990.

The changes in would be insane. Trout at 15 getting 900 calories a day and never seeing a personal travel ball coach versus Ruth with supplements, individual coaches, and strength programs. We will never know but the pure time machine argument seems superficial.
I'm shocked at how passive some people are here.

If a dead snake is OK, is it then OK for someone to throw a live snake in your wife's vehicle? Was he supposed to go check on the type, condition, and size of the snake before he decided to protect his wife?

If your instinctive response is to let it go or yell, you really have no desire to protect your family. None of us are John Wayne here but you don't have to be in order to protect your family.
I have the Knees Over Toes Book Zero if anyone wants it. I finished it and don't need it anymore. First person who sends me a message on strava gets it.

Easy to read , understand, and has tons of modifications.

As a father of a girl these videos resonate.

In reality, none of us here could do a week in a real prison. With that being said, we all better respond the same way with zero concern for a grand jury. We have one purpose in life and that is to protect our wives and children.

I don't think anyone here is a bloodthirsty psycho looking for something like this but we better be ready.
I took my 8 year old daughter to Raw in Houston this Monday and it was a blast. Very entertaining, well done, and every single person in the arena had fun.

Like the poster said about his son, these kids made lifelong memories there with their parents.

The pure athleticism & stamina of the men and women out there was amazing. It was obvious why Chad Gable was on the Olympic Team.

For being a wrestling show, I was surprised at how good the acting and charisma was during the promo cuts and monologues.

If people in this thread really think they could do 10% of the action from the ring and not look stupid they are fooling themselves.
After a year long running layoff I am very happy with how much the HIIT , Olympic lifting, and focus on stretching helped.

I feel so much more solid in my core and each stride seems more purposeful...in a weird way I feel much less wobbly.
Thanks , I've been gone since 2006 those are new to me.

He was 38 and a wild soul who had cystic fibrosis...we always figured he would live & die on his terms...we really don't think he would ever want her to be injured but life is cruel I suppose.
I was wondering if anyone knew of a local site or blog in the Lafayette area or a blotter.

Sadly I had a good friend die in a motorcycle accident last night & his long term girlfriend is in very bad shape.

My grandparents, who are not big on the internet, wanted to know if there were any details for me to print out.
Happy to be back & running.

All 5k/10k stuff for me moving forward, I've learned what works best for me mentally.

I knew I had to quit in Jan 2021 when I set my half PR....I didn't enjoy a single second of it and riding back I was checking my training app worried about the next day's 15 mile run. BRM is a good & honest dude and we had a long call..... I just was not into it mentally and it became a source of stress , not an outlet.

I've lowered my bodyfat, focused on HIIT & heavy lifting & core work. I feel much stronger and balanced with this month's easy runs to adjust to heat.

Hopefully as training & races kick off again for us, this thread will get back to a technical resource where the truth is given to anyone who wants it..even if it hurts their feelings, it all comes from a good place. There is really some great advice on here from some very strong runners.
BP class # 751, Boulevard

Proud to hear that for them and I've had BORTAC risk a ton to help me and my teammates in a couple bad situations. Not a single question was asked and they didn't look for a reason to say no.

Not a ton of TV shows / movies about them but their training & fortitude is remarkable.

Thanks guys.

Like most of us , I'm just looking for something sustainable and create more of a foundation in fitness.

No value in me doing 1100 calories , no alcohol, and getting a salad with no dressing after our daughter's soccer tournaments. I could do it for a while then yo-yo & burn out.

My buffer is sort of tightening in naturally with more energy, healthy foods tasting better, and cravings more related to fuel & recovery than social cues.

Small example, I drive a ton for work and would break and get fast food too often. Now I have a healthy option available in my car versus 1200 empty calories. Those are easy corrections so far + no desire to burn out.

I'll hit a plateau eventually due to overall
sub-optimal diet, age, and genetics but I'll reevaluate, work through it and correct.

This thread has really helped and I started paying for inbody tests here in Montgomery County, TX.

I'm a 38 year old , genetically inferior office guy but tracking has really helped.

Since 7/2022 to today:

10 pounds of body fat loss
7 pounds of muscle gain
27% bf to 19%
6 foot , 187
Scale weight nearly identical

Not the fastest progress but I've only stalled for one month. Really just better decisions with portions , increased cardio @ F45, and increase in water daily. I have backed off half & full marathon training.

I have a buffer when progress slows to add 1-2 days of gym + reduce alcohol.

Next step is 15% which inbody says is 8.6 pounds of fat.
