re: Official Running Log/Marathon Training Thread - Rsande63 on 1/22/21 at 11:01 am kballa,
I hope it works for you. For some it does & for some it doesn't.
I've made recent jumps with my coach by being more vocal and understanding my body comes before his science/advice. It works for us. ... Posted on Health/Fitness Board Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1) |
re: tOfficial Running Shoe Thread - Rsande63 on 1/21/21 at 8:40 pm Had my first fast day ( for me @ 6:40-8:00 one minute bursts ) in the Saucony Endorphin Speed and it was great. Big fan and it will be fun to run in these during my 2021 plans. I'm going to pull the trigger on the Pro or their new version for my fall races. ... I'm glad you all understand there are some beginners who want to learn & experience the outdoors...Im NOT looking to pay some guide to dress me up like GI Joe with some rich business men and shoot some animal in a cage for a picture.... I was probably discounting my friends/neighbors who do hunt. They are super passionate and have mounted deer, elk and other type of game + some from week long trips across the US. Embarrassed about this, but can you start hunting later in life? - Rsande63 on 1/18/21 at 8:53 pm Long story short, I was raised by my grandparents in Breaux Bridge. My grandfather taught me everything and was 100% active in my life but had a bad leg/sort of crippled so we never hunted. From 10 years old till moving after LSU I never wanted to go hunt because I knew he wanted to teach me but ph... Posted on Outdoor Board Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (45) |

re: Official Running Log/Marathon Training Thread - Rsande63 on 1/1/21 at 1:32 pm I've been throwing around ideas for 2021 after Woodlands Full.

I'm going to focus on what I enjoy the most and find a balance. ... Posted on Health/Fitness Board Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0) |
