I mean. That's a little bit of an overreaction.

ETA(it's an over reaction because it ended it arrest, jail, fine and whatever else. You don't win if you don't get away with it. He could have put the fear of God in that kid without laying a finger, and to that end it's an over reaction. Downvote if you agree)

A. What did the kid do and what did the husband believe? If he felt her life was in danger my kid and I will have a long talk that ends with him being the proud owner of my dads flip-phone. So he can call me from his room upstairs.
B. FAFO indeed. Any man makes my 12 year old make that sound?? We better both pack a lunch. Cause it going to be a long day. I’m swinging until I’m exhausted or unconscious or neighbors pull me off.

Dad is a POS. If they have a history of doing this, that is not cool. Someone driving one day will see a snake in their car, freak out, and possibly wreck. What a stupid way to justify your stupid kid. No wonder the kid is an entitled prick that yelled like a bitch. My kid did this and got caught, he knows another arse beating would be coming his way from me.

He threw a fake snake on the driver (the guy's wife)? I don't care if its down a street with no traffic, you don't do shite like that when someone is driving. These kids need to learn that you can't go around fricking with just anyone. He pushed the kid down. It probably scared him more than it hurt him. He should have went push down the kid filming the whole thing.
