When I worked at Jefferson Parish summer camp, I had a little black boy - like 7 or 8 years old - tell one of the counselors "suck my dick, bitch."
I knew his mom - she worked for the parish - so I gave her a call and told her what happened.
Her reply was "don't tell him you told me anything. I'll handle it when I pick him up."
At pickup time, his mom walked into the room with a cut length of extension cord. She calmly grabbed a chair, set it in the middle of the room, then grabbed her son and put him over her knees.
She then beat the shite out of him with that length of extension cord in front of all the kids and their parents.
One of the parents asked me "Aren't you going to stop that?" To which I replied "I'm not getting in between that. You stop it."

I couldn’t watch 15 seconds of that. That was horrible. Yeah, great parenting - beat the kid like a dog. That’ll teach him.

Mom is probably frustrated as all get out. Most likely this isn't the first time Junior has caused problems at school. She probably has a couple of more kids too and working 2 part time jobs. She wants Junior to be the best he possibly can be but he is going off the rails. She probably loves him to death but he is rebelling at this early age. If parents don't teach discipline before the child is 2 then it is "game on". Also the belt or paddle does not really hurt that much, I got the willow switch when I was younger and that will make you a long distance Olympic jumper. She should have applied the discipline at home.

I had to inform her that her mother-in-law has done equal or more in my childhood, and that she loves the man I have become.
If you were treated worse than that kid was, your parents were child abusers who should have been in jail, and you're lucky to turn out well in spite of having child abusers for parents.

There's a difference between a parent giving their child an arse whoopin' as a form of discipline and what this trash mother is doing.
I got my share of the belt and the paddle and switches and (insert nearest object to whip a kid here). One of my earliest memories is breaking a lamp at my grandmother's house and her taking me outside to pick my own switch and "striping my legs". But to take a belt and swing as hard as possible and it just hits where it lands is bullshite and it's abuse. Not to mention the verbal lashing she was giving him. She is fricking that kid up now. He will resent any authority figure because they will remind him of his mother and the abuse she served up to him. If she is willing to do shite like that in front of teachers and on camera you can only imagine what she is doing while no one is watching.
I have never and will never raise my hand to one of my kid's while I'm angry. But I will and have whipped them as a form of discipline. But I will make myself calm down first and they will be damn sure of what they did to deserve the punishment. That is discipline That's the difference right here. This is retribution for embarrassing her, not discipline. frick that piece of trash.

Im all for disciplining children but that hood rat needs her arse checked for abusing that child that way. Guarantee that child displays the same violence and aggression to others that it learned from its mother.

I’m sorry but that looks like child abuse to me and those teachers need to be fired for not stepping in to stop this.
I would never do that to my children nor scream at them like that. That is child abuse and if you don’t think so, I feel bad for you and your kids.

That’s over the top, but better than the complete disregard for discipline many parents have. Take out the language and the length of the beat down and I’m fine with it if what he did was truly bad.
I will say many of you were clearly never whooped as children and it shows. I deserved my arse beaten way worse than that a time or two.

I can't watch this... Discipline is a good thing. I do not disagree with the "spare the rod" mentality in appropriate situations. But this is not discipline. This woman is a criminal, she is committing the crime of battery and child abuse.
Before you even think about participating in the discipline of a child, you must spend every available moment of your life as a parent giving the child 100% of your concentrated, focused attention... ..teaching, playing, interacting with love... and providing a safe, secure, stable environment that gives a child a chance to develop with confidence and flourish as a responsible, productive member of society.
I've raised four children, all who I admire.. ..and all who have surpassed my achievements and accomplishments in life. I take little credit for it, all I did was remember what my parents did with me and do my best to adapt and interpret my upbringing for more modern times. There's an old proverb about training a child in the way he should go... and regardless of the distractions and temptations that they will be faced with, when older they will eventually fall back on what they were taught.
There will be moments that kids will test boundaries, find plenty of mischief for sure, but as a parent, if you've put in your time with them, given them all of your concentrated focused attention, they will eventually flourish.. ..every single time.. ..and they will give much more to this society than they will ever take from it.
This video is mindless violence, unbridled anger/rage in ignorance, imparting an ongoing legacy of the same. This is still an innocent child, helpless and unable to defend himself from a violent beating by an irresponsible adult child abuser. Painful to watch and sad to even imagine what the outcome will be.

Mixed emotions here...
She continues to call him the "N" word.. What's up with that? Does he have a name? or is he "N"?
If a white woman had done this... Would we not be seeing outrage and people calling for the child to be taken from the parent?
She is enforcing discipline.. Maybe a little excessive, but give her credit for that.. But that's about it.
