LSU moving cultural centers services under Student Affairs & Campus Life - NAACP angry

LSU says the centers will remain available to student organizations across campus for meetings, programs and activities. Meg Sunstrom, LSU’s chief communications officer, said the decision was not to close the centers but to make the spaces available to all students.
The university also says students will continue to receive support and resources through Student Affairs and Campus Life.

Lockley said the AACC was already available to all students. She said the concern is whether Black students will continue to have a space focused on their culture and experiences.
“The AACC has always been available for all students,” Lockley said.

why stop there, do the needs of in-state differ from out of state, or Southern vs northern, liberal vs conservative, fat vs skinny, tall vs short, attractive vs ulgy........

As someone who grew up on the doctrine of Dr. King, current Black culture makes me sick. It seems most Black "leaders" would rather just return to the days of Jim Crow.
