I always hated the Scott Bailey Enterprises in Baton Rouge's radio ad. I forgot the number but irked me how the owner said "COPY" which spelled the last four numbers. Petty but wouldn't do business with him for that reason alone.

Incompetence on the bench isn't enough to disqualify you though the Louisiana Supreme Court came close to kicking one off the bench for that reason. But now they can run for re-election and this individual will likely be re-elected with no issue because the voting base does not care at all about qualifications and competency.

Takes at least 2 to do anything at the appellate level. Unlike the district court. I think they do more damage on the district court bench.
