Takes at least 2 to do anything at the appellate level. Unlike the district court. I think they do more damage on the district court bench.

Yep. Texas Tech did him no favors. Neither did the judge that reinstated him. In hindsight I bet he wishes he would have lost the case for reinstatement. The outcry would have never been so high.

Seems she's only 42 or 43. To me that is way too young and inexperienced to be on the federal bench. And thats why we have appellate courts

Tech still looks like losers in all this. After all that posturing about support etc, they didnt tell him that until the heat got to be way too much. Tech shouldn't have said so much publicly after this first broke.
Why not sue civilly for wrongful death and try to freeze that Gofundme Money?
