This is Bull shite.
Why haven’t they released the report on the % of the 2025 freshman class who submitted ACT/SAT test scores yet??
LSU has been illegally focusing on recruiting black students and helping to fund what Pell grant doesn’t thru scholarships based on inflated GPAs.
If 9,000 this might be the class that puts white undergraduates below 50% of the total undergraduate students on campus.
The past 2 incoming fall freshman classes had white enrollees below 50%. This upcoming fall 2026 freshman class is still all Tate. Regardless with the new guys waiting to require scores for all applicants until 2028 while not having a minimum standard then and still using holistic approach by making the scores just one of many attributes the leftist committee considers white undergraduates becoming the plurality on campus will happen in the fall of 2027 if not this fall. This will be cemented in beyond repair with the fall 2028 class.

LSU does not have the infrastructure to keep ramping up the student population and I would bet a good chunk of these students have no business going to LSU anyway, but these university administrators don't care as long as they get that sweet sweet tuition money.

This right here! I read about several black kids from Atlanta Public Schools going to LSU in recent years. Their GPAs are absolutely inflated. None are top of the class or impressive scholars ... just below average students with inflated GPAs. LSU has a lot of liberals working as admission officers with some strange agenda to turn LSU to a pseudo HBCU. 10-15 years ago, kids from these schools would've never considered LSU.
