While I disagree with a lot of what you post, the majority of your posts are logical and thought out. With that said, I don't think this is one. You know if Sinema and Manchin don't vote with the Republicans in 2022, the fillibuster is dead. So while yes, a vote has not removed it in the past 30 years, it was only because two saved it. Those two are gone and there us no one left to save it and you know it.

First you need to understand what DST is.
If he ends DST, we stay in standard time, which is what we currently are in. If he makes DST permanent, we stay in summer time all year long.
