Every time I have wandering thoughts about how I would get away with murder, I go down a dozen rabbit holes of covering my tracks and coming up with alibis, etc. Then, I think about how many ghetto retards get away with murder because the cops and prosecutors are completely incompetent.

Despite cameras everywhere, cell phones, license plate readers, advanced DNA and fingerprint technology, the closure rate on crimes has not improved, and has actually decreased in many categories.

Bc you aren’t factoring in how the black community often protects its thugs and doesn’t want to cooperate with authorities. A white jury will happily convict a white criminal. A black jury may not want to convict a black criminal strictly due to race.
