No and I’m sorry for those. But we have seemingly plenty of those for those who need them as opposed to beds that JBE and others keep screaming about. Although LDH numbers themselves show good availability.

Received results this morning from a test 16 days ago. The backlog on these things skew the numbers pretty hard I’d imagine

This is how I see it as well, I think it depends on what you are trying to use the information for.
If you are trying to track the # of people w/ active cases, I would agree with removing the older data as it would provide a more conservative approach by assuming more positive cases.
If you are trying to see historical information to determine when the spread occurred, I think you need to remove the newer result bc they most likely are still positive from the original spread.

I think we are gonna have restrictions through end of the year.
This thing will run its course.
We'll see numbers of like 5 ppl dieing in a week.
But, because it's not zero infections they'll try and control us.
The new goalpost is already stated.
Vaccine.
We'll be in this bizarre "New Normal" until we get a vaccine.
And the government already has plans to shame us healthy ppl into getting a rushed vaccine.
This thing will run its course.
We'll see numbers of like 5 ppl dieing in a week.
But, because it's not zero infections they'll try and control us.

For those trying to understand how the state incorporates their backlog data note that yesterday the 21st showed 17 deaths on the 21st, but shows 19 when corrected today. 20th has 28 and 22 has 8.
July 16th is 14.5% positive today. Lets see how much it changes over the next few days with older tests rolling in. July 5th has held tight at 15.01, so it appears any daily data nominally affects that far back.

I’m all for good news but yesterday was a 60 death count day. It seems like we are possibly at or near a plateau, but those numbers have to read together with the rolling averages.

I read posts from numerous folks on another site that their results were taking over two weeks. There were some who tested in the first days of July and still do not have any results. Are they even accommodating for that?

We are heading in the wrong direction with vents and hospitals. He gonna use this to keep us in phase 2 for a while. Really don’t see us going back to phase 1 but you never know
