He needs to have an explosive pro day in his jumps, runs and 3 cone, because his physical profile is poor. Short arms, even wing span, tiny hands.

I didn't say it was good. But he actually throws 4 pitches. Two different fastball variations, CB, and SL.
His effectiveness, or lack thereof, is a result of having a FB that regularly sits 91-92. When he gets hit, he gets rocked with loud contact. When this starts to happen, he still start to nibble.
All that said, Most of the time he is missing bats, but i dislike how Jay wants to use him for multi innings all the time. Give Cowan another inning, or Allow Sheerin to set up him going into the 9th.
