He was redshirted last year and did not get to go to Omaha ( some of the other redshirts did). Very few opportunities this year. Just did not work out. ...

Correct. Was not on post season roster. I actually do not think he has played during any SEC games. He was not in Baton Rouge yesterday more less at the game. ...

Ruddell left the team Monday. Locker cleared out and gone. Best of luck to him if he attempts to play elsewhere....
