Fred Haas Toyota world off of 45 in Houston was very good to me. I think they are one of the highest volume Toyota dealers in the country.
I kind of had a unique situation where I was negotiating on 4Runners, and there was one they claimed was a demo 4Runner that might have some miles on it - negotiated a very strong price and got some extras thrown in before test driving that specific one… went and turned it on and it only had 13 miles on it. They stuck to the price we negotiated. May have been a tactic of theirs, but I’m not sure what it was because I got a fantastic price.
I wound up not being happy with the Dunlop tires that came with it, brought it in a few weeks later and they swapped all 4 for some Michelins no charge.

Fred Haas Toyota in Houston is pretty big
I've bought from Lakeside, Price LeBlanc and Team Toyota in BR.
Got a screaming deal from Lakeside on a 2000 4Runner for like $4,800 back in 2015. Pretty good deal on my TRD Offroad from Team Toyota also but that was summer of 2020 before the covid price hikes.

Call Steve at Team Toyota in BR. He will make it happen. Tell him you were referred by Tigerdroppings from the dude he sold the Tacoma TRD Pro to. Promise you he will make it happen.

To me what makes a buying experience good or bad is in the finance office.
Bought a Kia for my kid last fall from Premier Kia.
Finance office guy gave me a iPad, said look through the options and choose what you want. Ask questions if you want.
Absolutely zero pressure or upselling.
Signed and was out of his office in 15 minutes.

Yokem in Shreveport seems like they are pretty good.
I have bought 2 cars from them over the years... Not terrible to deal with but some of that depends on the sales person. Yokem is not real keen on negotiating the price generally but if you stick to you guns you are more likely to have success in the negotiation process...

Up here in NELA, they are pretty pathetic.
We bought a new 4runner in December from Van Trow, and they were willing to negotiate with me. ¯\_(?)_/¯

Kim's No Bull in Laurel was like that many years ago.
All-Star in BR treated me right when I had a bad problem -200 miles out of warranty.

We've bought three used Toyotas (Tacoma, Corolla, and a Camry) from Price LeBlanc. The prices were reasonable, they were in excellent condition, and we're still driving them years later. A friend of ours had the same experience with two vehicles, recently. I suspect whether or not you get a good deal depends on the salesman.

Even the dealers I am comfortable with try to sell me a vehicle for the most they possibly can get away with. Even CarMax overcharges for most of their vehicles. I want to pay as little as possible. That’s the game.

You’re looking at two high-volume, reliable models that could possibly have factory warranty left. I would shop the whole country using Autotrader to find the car. Negotiate over phone/email and then ship the car. Even with shipping, you might come out cheaper than buying locally. The Louisiana markets are just more expensive.
