I guess those in E&P are dumber than the pundits you pay attention too. I don't pay any attention to politicians. I will say that it would be nice to see offshore sales though 5 years before anything gets to shore. It pays for coastal restoration in Louisiana, as our share of revenue, instead of cash like other Federal leases in other states. BTW, Florida has kept a ban for drilling in 1/3 of the Gulf of Mexico for decades and we know that oil is there.

You must be so proud that your mother Russia can send missiles to truly civilian targets in a terror campaign.
Of course your military is getting beaten down.
But you must be so proud.

Only 14 civilians were tragically killed in Russia's campaign yesterday. Ukraine intentionally targets civilian areas in Donetsk and has been doing so for eight years. On September 19, 2022, 13 civilians were killed in Donetsk City--one less than was killed in the whole of Ukraine yesterday. Of course, every civilian casualty is a tragedy. I wish it were zero.

Maybe if Russia hadn’t invaded the Donbas civilians wouldn’t be in a war zone.

You keep calling Ukrainians terrorists but answer this one question. How are they the terrorists when they were the invaded country? You can’t answer the question though because you know everything you say is complete bullshite. You know Russia is the terrorists in this situation but your loyalty to sucking Putin’s cock wont let you admit it. How dare those Ukrainian defend themselves from attack, right? Do you realize what would happen if Russia ever tried this shite on a NATO country? 96 hours. That’s how long the Russian military would exist. 96 hours.

Ukraine terrorist shelling of Donetsk City killed 13 Russian civilians on September 19, 2022 alone. LINK Ukraine terror state will lose.
And when you follow the link Reuters quoted a Russian back mayor and specifically states the report is unconfirmed.
I file that stuff under P for propaganda.

How many times has Yahoo news been linked in this thread?
The reports written by Jimmy Rushton and Michael Weiss are excellent, as those two are better informed and better connected than 99% of other reporters.

Here come sham referendums in Alaska.

Remember that time your Russian homeboys shot down a civilian passenger jet. I do.

I mean, that’s way more likely to cause nuclear war than Ukraine.

That's correct. I remember seeing it then.

A senior member of the state Duma, Russia's parliament, said that any U.S. states that want to break away from the country and instead join the Russia will be considered, Newsweek reported
This is the sort of thing that always makes me chuckle and gives you a fair bit of insight into how a decent chunk of the political elite over there see the world. Stalin really did kill off the best and the brightest, and they've never recovered.
To give people an idea of how big of a shithole Russia is and how much of an economic basketcase it is, Puerto Rico, even as poor and decrepit as it is in certain areas, is nearly 3 times as rich as Russia is per capita.
They are Mexico with nuclear weapons, no more and no less.

How close are you to giving them Alaska back to avoid a war?
