I’ve never heard of totally innocent people having to create a “timeline.” They claim John was a friend they loved but the 911 call was “there’s man passed out in the snow” and the text message chain where they say “tell them the guy never came in the house.”
Not one text of that series of messages to and from each other in the next few days had anyone being sympathetic about John’s death. It was all about the timeline and getting their story straight.

no joke. And she is cool with referring to the report when it helps her, but discounts it when it doesn't.

Yeah, I’m all good. More my fault, shenanigans during college.

Car was going about 35mph, and I was running down a road and we essentially tboned each other. My right elbow went through the windshield. Put like a baseball size hole in the windshield from where my elbow hit the glass.

Ended up getting a really deep gash on my right arm that needed 37 stitches, 17 sutures.

I got launched in the air and flew probably like 10-15 feet landing on a sidewalk. I got up right away because of the shock of the situation. Luckily, didn’t have any broken bones.

"You know, a lot of times I just put my phone down and it calls someone."

What? Who believes that.

ETA: I've accidentally called someone I was texting but I could count that on one hand in my 22 years of having a cell phone. The cluster of calls she is making to find John's phone are not "butt dials".

For me, the worst one of all was Matt McCabe's text to the group that said, "Tell them the guy never went into the house". The guy? I mean, that just reeks of a planned, fake story line.

Its a good example of when you start with a lie you have to stick with that lie..

There are numerous reasons to call john. She could've said initially that she was wondering why he never came in the house and was calling him to make sure he was ok.

These frickin people are lying MF'rs

Auntie Bev -- Jen McCabe is such a lying liar that lies as I have shown repeatedly. I motion for acquittal as the CW's case is built on nothing but lies.

Just watched Jen McCabe’s interrogation about the 911 call/lack of going to knock on the door of the first responder in the house … she “knew it was Karen because she said she hit him and there was a broken tail light” the. Backs out of it and says she doesn’t know what happened but knew the people in the house were safe. Thought she was going to slip up there even more. glorious and painful to watch.

It's very clear to me that she has been coached.

Of course. The majority of these witnesses have likely been coached

To me the most damning thing about that is the lack of voicemails. I’ve “butt dialed” people from my recent calls list more than I would like to admit. One rather embarrassing aspect is that if you don’t realize you did it, you accidentally leave a long arse voicemail full of background noise.

It’s just not believable that she could have accidentally called him 7 times in 20-30 minutes without realizing it and somehow not leave a single voicemail. That would take an incredible amount of dumb luck.

Then you combine that with the fact that the calls were conveniently missing (read: deleted) from the phone’s logs when she handed it over, and it starts to look pretty sketchy. The theory that they were searching for OJO’s phone at the residence starts to look plausible.

Jen McCabes testimony has problems thought all of it. She wasn’t worried about her sister in the house that wasn’t answering the phone, but she was worried about “her friend” John O’Keefe and never thought to go alert her brother in law that was a first responder who could have been on scene within a minute.

She also wasnt worried about her sister because she knew Karen did it because she told her but then she didn’t tell a cop at that moment on the scene.

Literally every officer she talked to mistakenly recorded what she told them in reports memorializing her statements.

The one time she is confronted by LEO’s that aren’t canton and mass state officers she ends the conversation.

She has a very clear very specific memory in regards to what Karen said but remembers almost nothing else.

She made 7 “butt dials” in 20 minutes. Come on lady you are lying.

The odds of butt dialing the same person 7 times in 30 minutes is less than 1 in a trillion

And no voicemails left which means she called, it went to vm, and she hung up. They were looking for his phone.

The odds of my 85 year father doing this is 99%. The odds of him doing it and not leaving a 3 minute long nonsensical voicemail is a trillion.
At the least this is extremely suspect.
