Let's not make it more complicated than it is. KR was drunk af and got mad and hit him. She said she didn't remember going to the McCabe house. Her BAC at 9am the next morning was still legally drunk. I'm wondering if she has given up the booze since that night.

Show the class your work.
Why did Jen McCabe spent a whole day on the stand continually being a lying liar who lies if KR did it?
Why are OJO's injuries not consistent with being hit by a vehicle?
Why is everyone else involved being super sus?
There is a mountain of doubt and the only just verdict is NG for KR.

I am reading an article from June 2024 and this part is in it.
WCVD.com
So Proctor got the phone at the police department and went back to the scene with it? Was there a reason for this?
quote:
11:40 a.m. Yannetti points out that in his initial report Guarino wrote that Proctor recovered O'Keefe's phone "while on scene." Guarino says he later learned Proctor had gotten the phone while at Canton Police Dept.

I’m going to assume you either aren’t being serious or you are just learning about this case.

This is a timeline that is from April 2024.
This is from the medical examiner on January 31, 2022.
quote:
January 31, 2022 – An autopsy is completed on O'Keefe. Prosecutors said the medical examiner ruled the cause of death was blunt impact injuries to the head and hypothermia. They say the medical examiner did not find "any obvious signs of an altercation or a fight."
cbsnews.com
A blunt impact injury to the head and hypothermia.
I think its more obvious that O'Keefe might have been accidently killed. Or they thought he was dead and then put his body where it was found.
It wasn't until she saw his body and became hysterical that she was yelling "I hit him! I hit him!". She didn't know, because in the link I provided she, when her and the other women are searching for him she said "What if he is dead? What if a plow hit him?".
When she went to the Albert's house and O'keefe went inside their house, he kept calling him and texting him and didn't get an answer. His niece and nephew was at home alone, she was leaving messages on his VM saying they had to get back home because the kids were home alone.
Whatever happened to O'Keefe likely happened in the Alberts house. That's what really needs to be investigated. O'Keefe also had what appeared to be a possible dog bite on him.
The Alberts got rid of the dog and sold the house. Any possible evidence of something happening in their house is likely gone. I am sure they can locate where the dog is, but what also looks suspicious is how quick this came on Karen without anyone even questioning exactly how he was killed.
It was a coverup.

Any clue who the witnesses will be this week?

I read it as Guarino was mistaken where Proctor got the phone.
Civiltiger stated earlier in the thread a couple pages back that the phone was found underneath OJO’s body. Presumably when they took him by ambulance or rolled him over onto a gurney they found it. Wonder why the discrepancy though which is interesting.

Kerry Roberts allegedly found the phone and put it in her pocket.
She can't remember who she gave it to or when.

Just one of several discrepancies in this whole case.
But I just came across this youtube video of an illustration of O'Keefe getting him.
It shows how O'keefe would have likely fallen and based on this, the lack of injuries in several areas.

That gal is pretty cute
She speaks in certainties though which I’m uncomfortable with. For example, she says “and this is the view of John’s body from where JMcCabe was standing in the doorway” clearly stating she would’ve been able to see the body from her vantage point.

This is a tough case to call. I think she is probably guilty but no way I could ever get to beyond a reasonable doubt. Some things that create doubt.
Snowplow driver saying no body when he went by.
The autopsy bullshite and strange “dog bite” marks.
The fact that all these mfers are probably alcoholics and everyone was drunk as a skunk.
The cops are very clearly dirty.
The fact cops have lied repeatedly and deleted text and destroyed their phones when they clearly know better.
The FBI investigation into cops???
The defense expert witnesses are 100 times better and states witnesses are terrible.
She probably did it but even if so it was clearly an accident and manslaughter at best

Nope she had nothing to do with John O’Keefe’s death.
John O’Keefe wasn’t hit by a vehicle.

5:07am call was made from Jenn to her sister, call was 36-38 seconds and Jenn says she didn’t speak to her. An hour later, they arrive at 34 Fairview and find John dead lying in the snow, Jenn doesn’t race into the house to make sure everyone is ok? When she calls 911, instead of loudly and quickly saying “officer down!”, she calmly says “there’s a man passed out in the snow.” Jenn isn’t the only witness for the Commonwealth that has lied on the stand. ARCCA expert Dr. Wolfe said in the first trial,100% John’s injuries were not consistent with a vehicle/pedestrian accident.
Jenn had her sister write down on paper, the timeline. Innocent people don’t create timelines and innocent people don’t lie to the FBI about who they called when the FBI showed up at her door.
You may not like Karen because she drinks and drives, the way she looks or her Mansfield accent, but no way in heck you can say she is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

You seem oddly invested in this case. Any reason why?

The Alberts had a German Sheppard mix which they got rid of.

So O'keefe went into the house, then after she stayed in the car calling and texting with no response, the second she left he just so happened to be right there where she supposedly hit him?

Yes, that was an added bonus.

She did, but I paid more attention to the illustration, which I know is 100% accurate, but its a visual, especially seeing where the basement is located in the back yard, it not being too far from the gate and then the gate to where O'keefe's body was found.
And I never really thought his wounds matched getting hit by her SUV at 24mph.
But she could have said "this is a possibly scenario" instead of "this is what happened".

IIRC, Ryan Nagel testified in the first trial that he pulled up at 34 Fairview and saw Karen sitting alone in her car. If that’s true, where is John? I say he was in the house and that was why Karen was texting him, trying to see how long he was going to be in there (she had already said that it was late and starting to snow and she wanted to get home).
