If she was hysterical, I hit him? (Question) Could have sounded like I hit him. (Statement) Especially to a woman who was shoulders deep into an unfolding coverup.

I don't understand why people say this. Did she come off as the best person ever in the HBO series? No, but I didn't think she came off as some evil woman either.
She might have some questionable drinking habits.. Or I can see why someone would think that, but I don't think she is an alcoholic. Maybe borderline?
And on the series, she is fighting for her life. I actually think she realized what she was up against. She is being accused of killing her boyfriend, who was a police officer and it is everyone else's word against hers. She couldn't go out and just get any lawyer to fight for her. She needed a lawyer.. or lawyers who would truly see that she is innocent and ague her case like they believed she is innocent. And they had to be outsiders.
I know this case is to specifically determine if she killed her boyfriend, O'keefe, by backing into him with her vehicle while she had been drinking, but there hasn't been anything in this case that has made me think she killed him manly because I think he was killed in the Albert house, at some point when she was waiting for him to come back to the car.
They go to the O'keefe's after they had been drinking and in the middle for a snow storm. He tells her to stay in the car and he goes to the door and then enters the house. She waits and waits, then calls his phone over and over. I am curious as to why she didn't go knock on the door to see what was going on, but that doesn't matter as for as this case is concerned.
He was either killed while she was still waiting on him or soon after she left. At least IMO. He didn't come back and didn't answer his phone because he couldn't.
And I think it was easy to pin on Read, but I also think there is something more to it. I think they were going to try to pin it on her no matter what, its just that her yelling "did I hit him?" made it much easier on them. They didn't just want to make sure they were not accused of having anything to do with his death, they wanted Read to go down for killing him. I guess if she was charged, it takes the attention off of them, but I also think it was personal. If she would go to prison for the murder of O'keefe that would be a win-win for for someone or a few people involved.

She's a typical Boston masshole. Nothing more nothing less

It is far beyond sketchy. It's literally not possible that he was struck by the vehicle and have wounds consistent with how he was found. It 100% didn't happen how the Commonwealth is laying out the narrative.

But Brennan said MuH sCiEnCe will show that KR did it.
He would not lie to us to cover for the corrupt county would he?

McCabe will a big lie right out of the gate.. Time she last saw the SUV was at 12:45, now she says she doesn't remember the time.

its strange that the judge keeps asking the witnesses "do you know that". Seems that is allowing the witness to say no and get out of the questioning.
ETA: it looks like she is about to cry.

Sometimes I wonder if the reason for so many people to be in on the cover up is the fact that they were doing other illegal stuff totally unrelated to John. That would explain no one flipping and the consistency of the stories and the attempts to get in line with each other.

And why they destroyed their phones.. That's the most damning to me.

That's 100% why they destroyed their phones. Knew they would be confiscated and they were doing some illegal activities

AJ is dogwalking Jen and making her look ridiculous.
Ol Hank is probably seething in his chair.
Hank's attempt to rehab Jen should be fun.

Attorney Jackson for the win. Text messages are damning and I hope the jury is intelligent enough to understand what they mean. Jenn has lied to the grand jury, lied on the stand and the coverup has been exposed.

McCabe is a lying liar who lies. I don't know how the jury doesn't see this.

Yup. Look at cars when they hit deer in N LA or TX. There is far more damage than a broken tail light.
What kind of damage did you suffer as a result of someone hitting you? You all good now?

I've always believed it was a gang who was into illegal stuff - probably trafficking of drugs or setting people up. Just imagine all the people who are rotting in jail because of these liars.
