Y’all some baby back bitches. I got kicked out of my house when I was twelve living in northern Alberta in the middle of winter. I lit up a dart, built an igloo and got on with my life

Boil what water? They have no running water or electricity? No rain

That’s the problem I had. No water. I stopped 12+ places for a cup of coffee this morning. No luck. NO WHERE had running water. None. Zero.

It’s not possible if you don’t have any water to boil

I like Biden about as much as Trump does, but cmon man, he’s been in office a few weeks. He has nothing to do with the Texas power and water grids and a record winter storm

If this weather event had happened in New York or Illinois and Trump was president the media would be all over Trump for not reacting soon enough.

We all know that to be a fact.

Why don't you take some water to them?

Build a fire, pour a little water in the bottom of the pot so you don’t burn the snow, and start melting.

They’ll probably go through four or five pots full of snow before getting one bottle, but they’ll have water.

No propane and burner? I guess living in Louisiana all of my life I have two low pressure burners and a high pressure burner. Plus got a gas grill with a side burner to cook on.

You could use a charcoal grill and put a pot over the fire with ice hanging off the house if you have to. Boil it then drink it when it cools off.

There’s really nowhere within driving distance in Houston to go fill up some jugs with water?

If that’s true y’all are a step or two away from the zombie movies.

First you light your gas or charcoal grill. Then you put a pan on it with water. Then you boil.

Down to 4 water bottles with no running water and all the stores are sold out

Too bad they didn’t have a 40 gallon storage option in their bathroom to fill before the freeze

If only they had a relative who lived 4.5 hours from them who could bring them several cases of bottled water turn around and be back home before suppertime.

You should have a gallon of water per person per day for 2 weeks.

Everyone should have this.

You can buy a gallon of water for like 70 cents.

Grab one every grocery trip until you have what you need.

For my family of 4 we have 56 gallons. We keep them in the pantry and a few closets.

You should have 2 weeks of food.

A propane heater also.

For a couple hundred bucks you can be prepared for 99% of the shite that can happen to you.

Maybe he could have the NG leave DC to bring supplies to Americans in need.

Has any other state not in a crisis offered the support of their NG?
