Don't have to, lots of videos of people crushed, electrocuted, or dismembered in workplace accidents in these countries. Life doesn't mean that much, witnesses will rush to post your mangled corpse on social media well before they call for help.

Yeah, i saw a kid hanging out of a train in India smack a pole on the side of the tracks the other day online. No doors needed.

It just says that it is not a normal practice and was done for social media, not that it's fake.
