Not to be obstinate but some of the bath fans are engineered to just do that, make noise. It's to cover sounds that eminate from within the realm. And like above, try applying pressure on the cover and see if it quiets. Then solve from there.

Eliminate all real estate taxes in personal residential ownership, whether 1st or 2nd. Personal owned property should be tax free.

But this would only make it more valuable and some don't like this concept of real estate wealth, and would rather rent. Tax free assets are valuable.

Affordability? Eliminate income tax and that money can be diverted to house purchases. Build America one house and family at a time.

The tax money is being stolen.

They're giving up like so many have and will do. Giving up on the land and their past. It's sad. Where's the fight? It's just easier to leave, and I do get it. Life is short, but that west coast land is rich. There's something sinister afoot if all the good people are being forced to decide to leave or stay.
