It makes sense until you see the video of the home owner saying she gave the people permission to be on her property.
Ehh, maybe she did, but if you're a home owner in the area where people are protesting, you're not going to come out and say that you want them all gone to the public or else you'll face the wrath of the rest of the protesters.

Jesus Christ they broke the fricking law before running to the house. How are some of you this stupid?

Did they obstruct the road at any point? Police aren't required to give a warning before arresting. They can also wait until they are ready to snatch them out of the crowd. It's not like the police are required to immediately arrest or the protesters are in the clear forevermore.

Was this after these protesters just illegally tried to march up to block the interstate
Yes and this is what they were arrested for. The homeowner allowed them on her property and couldn't understand why they were being arrested. It was on news this morning.
And as I posted in another thread 50 arrest made. Only 7 from BR

That is an amazing picture. A black cop tackling white people and a black woman running away saying black lives matter. Bravo, idiots.
You should've seen the video of it. That dude went down pretty hard.

You do understand that the law still applies to them, even if they are on private property?
The thing they were being arrested for was blocking the roadway. First, the cops had already blocked that street off, so it's kind of a moot point. Second, they're standing in grass, arresting them for blocking the road is mildly insane.

Did they break the law? Yes or no?
You already answered the question.

...I'm having a hard time understanding what you are struggling with?
Posted on 7/11/16 at 10:38 am to tgrbaitn08
Sure it is. It is illegal to block a public road and is illegal to stand on private property without the home owners permission.

They were in the street and then ran to private property they were permitted to be at.
To reinforce the analogy, you can't rob a bank and be untouchable by the police if you go to a friend's house.
These people truly believe the aren't doing anything illegal. They can't be reasoned with.

I see public property damage, the other road blocked by protesters, and protesters completely blocking the sidewalk.

Sjw's are the most annoying group on the planet. Without question

Let me get this straight, there are people on this thread arguing that if you commit a crime but run to someone's private property, with the owners permission, you are free from being arrested? Are these the same people that believe local cities should be able to pick and choose the federal laws they follow? Just wow.
