You do understand what has been said about the law right?

You can't break the law, then run on private property and not get arrested. Furthermore, the sidewalk to the road is public property and basically an extension of the road (hence illegal to block).

How the frick do you manage in day to day life being this fricking stupid?

They had a permit to protest, they broke that with their march to block the interstate. They were told to clear the road, they didn't. Then cops come in they retreat to a house. This doesn't make them safe from arrest.

The neighbors should beat the retarded neighbor

This was the guy/girl I saw get busted on WBRZ's live feed last night.

Just before it happened, you could hear a deputy saying something about "the big white guy in shorts". The camera zoomed in on the big guy and he was raising three kinds of hell across the street. Five minutes later from the right side of the screen, a squad of cops rushed him and his fat gf and took them both down. The look on the guy's face at first was priceless, but he and the girl commenced to yelling shite again when they were being hauled off.

Let me get this straight, there are people on this thread arguing that if you commit a crime but run to someone's private property, with the owners permission, you are free from being arrested? Are these the same people that believe local cities should be able to pick and choose the federal laws they follow? Just wow.

The protesters didn't have permission to be on the property. Homeowner came outside telling them to get off her property

This is literally the opposite of what happened. The homeowner, trinity, came out telling the COPS to get off her property.

Correct. As I mentioned a few days ago, I used to take part in some peaceful counseling, etc. outside abortion clinics. We were often not permitted, so even though we were on the sidewalk, we had to abide by certain rules that prohibit loitering, excessive blocking of passage (i.e. too many people on sidewalk not moving in a direction), etc.

Sometimes the clinic would call the cops, and we'd end up complying with their requests to avoid conflict. Not run into the restaurant across the street and claim we were innocent and on private property.

They weren't arrested for being on her property, they were arrested for crimes before they got on her property.

Relevant to the trespassing argument, irrelevant to every other argument.

They were yelling that to the Legal Defense Fund, or whatever they are that would provide bail money for them.
